Data Processing & Storage
Your data is stored on servers in the region closest to you (US, EU, or Asia). EU user data is stored in EU data centers in compliance with GDPR.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.
We use the following third-party services, each with their own GDPR-compliant data processing agreements:
- • Alipay (Cross-border payment processing)
- • International credit card processing via Alipay
- • Cloud hosting providers (with EU data residency)
- • Email delivery services
International Data Transfers
When transferring personal data outside the EU/EEA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission. We ensure that all international transfers provide an adequate level of data protection.
